<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Pre-aqueça o forno a 170° C.<br />Lave as folhas dos espinafres e triture-as, reserve. <br />Na taça da batedeira coloque o açúcar, os ovos e bata por cerca de 5 minutos. <br />Adicione o óleo lentamente, enquanto bate, em seguida, acrescente o sumo de limão e as raspas, continue a bater até que todos os ingredientes estejam bem misturados.<br />Por fim, adicione os espinafres, a farinha com o fermento e o bicarbonato, (que devem ser peneirados juntos) e envolva com uma colher de pau delicadamente, até ficar uma mistura homogênea.<br />Verta a massa numa forma redonda ou divida por duas formas iguais, untadas com manteiga e polvilhadas com farinha. <b>Fazer o creme:</b><br />Comece por bater a manteiga e em seguida junte o queijo mascarpone, bata até ficar tudo bem batido e reserve.<br />Em outra taça, bater as natas e ir adicionado o açúcar aos poucos, continuando a bater ate ficar um chantilly. <br />Junte o chantilly com o creme de manteiga e com uma espatula, envolva tudo muito bem. Pique as nozes grosseiramente e junte no creme.<br />Rechear e cobrir o bolo a seu gosto com este creme, decorar com suspiros e mais umas nozes picadas. </span></div>

<b>Preparação:</b><br />Pré-aqueça o forno a 180 ° C. Pegue nas duas folhas da massa folhada e usando um anel ou uma tigela, faça um furo central nas duas folhas uma de cada vez, de modo que os buracos fiquem no mesmo lugar. Nos discos do meio fazer outro anel com um copo pequeno e assim ficamos com 4 discos, (2 grandes e dois pequenos. Levar cada disco ao forno cerca de 15 minutos ou até dourar. Deixe arrefecer um pouco e depois pincelar cada disco com o ovo batido e salpicar com amêndoas, leve ao forno por mais 10 minutos ou até que a massa folhada fique dourada. Retire e deixar arrefecer completamente. Leve ao lume os frutos silvestres com o açúcar e o sumo de limão. Deixe ferver por 10 minutos e reduzir a puré com a varinha magica. Colocar o puré num passador de rede para remover as sementes e reserve. Bata as natas até ficarem firmes, junte o açúcar em pó e o mascarpone, continuar a bater por mais uns segundos. Quando estiver tudo bem batido, adicione o puré e mexa bem para que tudo fiquem bem ligado.<br />Coloque o creme num saco de pasteleiro e por cima de cada disco de massa folhada, fazer umas rosetas, ir intercalando com framboesas e amoras, colocar o outro disco de massa folhada por cima e repetir o mesmo processo. Polvilhar com as amêndoas torradas e o açúcar em pó.<br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<b>Preparação:</b><br /><br /><b>Base:</b><br />Colocar as bolachas num robot de cozinha e triturar completamente. Com o robot em potência média, juntar os ovos e a manteiga, continuar a triturar até obter uma massa homogênea.<br />Retirar e juntar toda a mistura formando uma bola. Colocar numa tigela, cobrir com película anti-aderente e levar ao frigorífico durante 30 minutos.<br /><br /><b>Creme de limão:</b><br />Juntar 400 ml de leite e o açúcar numa panela. levar ao lume mexendo sempre até o açúcar dissolver por completo. Numa tigela, mexer com uma vara de arames, as gemas com a maizena e o restante leite. Adicionar tudo ao leite quando ferver, mexendo sempre com a vara de arames, até começar a engrossar. Por fim adicionar a manteiga, a raspa e o sumo de l</span><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">imão e</span><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"> continuar sempre a mexer por mais 1 minutos. Retirar do lume e reservar.<br /><br /><b>Montagem da tarte:</b><br />Ligar o forna a 170C. Forrar o fundo e as laterais de uma tarteira com a massa de bolacha, pressionar com os dedos para que fique bem compacta. Levar ao forno por 5 min e retirar. Juntar o creme de limão, alisar a superfície com uma espátula e deixar arrefecer completamente.<br /><br /><b>Merengue italiano:</b><br />Colocar a água mais açúcar num tacho e levar ao lume. Envolver bem até que o açúcar se dissolva por completo e deixar ferver (em lume médio) até formar uma calda, (cerca de 2/3 minutos após levantar fervura).<br />Enquanto isto, colocar as claras a bater em potência média, quando estas formarem espuma, sem parar de bater, a</span><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">dicionar as gotas de limão e </span><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">a calda de açúcar em fio. Continuar a bater durante alguns minutos até obter uma mistura bem firme e brilhante.<br />Colocar o merengue num saco de pasteleiro com o bico em forma de estrela. Retirar a tarte do frio e cobrir a sua superfície com pequenos montinhos. Levar ao forno, pré-aquecido a 180C, durante 2 min, ou até os picos do merengue estarem num tom castanho claro.<br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Coloque no frigorífico para endurecer.<br /><br /><b>3 - </b>Num tacho leve ao lume 250 ml de leite, 200ml de natas e quando estiver quente, junte o chocolate preto partido em pedaços mais as 6g de gelatina em pó. Mexa ate que o chocolate fique derretido e retire do lume. Disponha a mistura sobre a base de bolacha e leve ao frigorífico até solidificar (cerca de 3 horas para ficar bem solidificado).<br /><br /><b>4 -</b> No mesmo tacho repita o mesmo processo, leve ao lume 250 ml de leite, 200ml de natas e quando estiver quente, junte o chocolate de leite partido em pedaços mais as 6g de gelatina em pó. Mexa ate que o chocolate fique derretido e retire do lume. <span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Colocar a farinha e o sal na bancada de trabalho e espalhar a manteiga em pedaços por cima. Desfazer bem com a ponta dos dedos até ficar uma massa esfarelada.<br />Espalhar uma colher de sopa de cada vez e amassar até ficar uma massa homogênea (ter cuidado para não amassar em demasia). Fazer uma bola com a massa, embrulhar em película aderente e deixar repousar no frigorífico por cerca de 30 minutos.<br /><br />Começar por cortar todos os legumes, picar a cebola e o alho. Numa frigideira, levar a cebola e o alho com um fio de azeite. Deixar cozinhar um pouco, juntar os outros legumes e salteá-los por 4 minutos. Juntar o atum, temperar com pimenta e envolver bem. Retirar e reservar.<br /><br />Pré-aquecer o forno a 180º C.<br />Forrar uma forma de ir ao forno com papel vegetal e polvilha-la com um pouco de farinha. Estender a massa, com a ajuda de um rolo, fazer um círculo e coloca-lo sobre o papel vegetal.<br /><br />Espalhar o queijo mozarela no interior do disco de massa, deixando um rebordo exterior de cerca de 4 cm. Dispor a mistura de legumes com o atum sobre o queijo, dispor depois as rodelas do queijo de cabra e as azeitonas cortadas ao meio, polvilhar com salsa picada e dobrar as extremidades da massa a toda a volta, em direção ao interior, cobrindo parte do recheio.<br />Pincelar o rebordo de massa com a gema de ovo batida e levar ao forno a 180º C, por cerca de 45 minutos, na parte inferior do forno.<br /><br />Retirar a tarte do forno e transfira-la para um prato de serviço.</span><br />

Num tacho com água coza os camarões com um pouco de sal cerca de 5 minutos. Retire os camarões e deixe arrefecer um pouco. Coe a água de cozer os camarões por um passador e nessa mesma água, ponha a massa a cozer </span><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">até</span><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"> ficar al dente. Quando estiver pronta escorra e reserve. Descasque os camarões, corte cada um ao meio. Numa wok com um bom fio de azeite coloque os alhos picados finamente, deixe refogar um pouco juntando logo de seguida os camarões. Mexa e tempere com mais um pouco de sal e pimenta. Mexa até os camarões estarem rosadinhos, deite a malagueta,(ou piripiri)e deixe cozinhar por mais uns 4 minutos. No fim misture as delicias do mar cortadas em rodelas e regue com o sumo de limão, mexa e junte a massa envolvendo bem. Polvilhe com a salsa e está pronto para deitar numa assadeira. Polvilhar com o queijo ralado e levar ao forno a gratinar.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Lave e descasque as maças. Corte em pedacinhos e regue com o sumo de limão, reserve.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Pegue nas cascas das maças e coloque-as num recipiente. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Junte os ovos inteiros, os dois açucares, o óleo e bata tudo muito bem com a varinha magica.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Quando a mistura estiver bem triturada, junte as farinhas, o fermento, a canela e o coco.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Envolva tudo delicadamente com uma colher de pau e por fim junte as maças que preparou no inicio.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Verta a massa na forma e leve ao forno por cerca de 40 min, ou faça o teste do palito, picando no meio do bolo, se sair o palito limpo, esta pronto.</span><br />

Fique sempre mexendo as especiarias, salteando até que se sinta os aromas, cerca de 8/10 min.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Retire do lume e deixe arrefecer totalmente.</span><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><br />Em um processador ou moedor, coloque a mistura, moa até se tornar um pó fino. Por fim adicione a noz-moscada e o açafrão.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><b>Preparação do recheio:</b> <br />Pique a cebola, o alho, o tomate, o pimento e o gengibre. <br />Coloque um pouco de azeite numa frigideira, junte a cebola, os alhos, o gengibre ralado e deixe refogar um pouco, mas sem queimar. <br />Junte o pimento e tomate e cozinhe mais um pouco, mexendo pontualmente. Junte a carne picada e envolva bem. <br />Quando a carne começar a escurecer um pouco junte, o garam masala, o piri-piri, o açafrão das índias e o sal,(pouco). Envolva bem e acrescente a água. <br />Pique a salsa e junte. Cozinhe em lume médio durante cerca de 10 minutos ou até que toda a água se evapore. Retire do lume e deixe arrefecer. <br />Pegue na embalagem de massa filo e retire 4 folhas. Coloque-as sobrepostas e com um cortador de pizza ou uma faca, corte 4 tiras iguais e ficará no total com 16 tiras, 4 por cada folha. <br />Junto à base de cada tira coloque uma colher de sopa de recheio. <br />Dobre seguindo as indicações da imagem abaixo, sempre mantendo a forma triangular. <span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br />Comece por fazer a base. <br />Coloque as avelãs e aveia em um processador de alimentos, triture até que fique uma textura de areia. <br />Triture também as tâmaras e adicione os restantes ingredientes da base, misturar até que tudo esteja bem ligado. <br />Forre o fundo de uma forma com papel manteiga e despeje a mistura, use as mãos para pressionar firmemente a massa sobre a forma, coloque no frio enquanto faz o recheio.<br />Adicione o feijão, as tâmaras , óleo de coco e café para o processador de alimentos por cerca de um minuto. Coloque uma panela pequena ao lume com o leite, parta o chocolate em pedaços e junte ao leite. <br />Use uma espátula para mexer e retire assim que o chocolate começar a derreter. Mexa até que tenha uma mistura de chocolate liso e grosso. Adicione o chocolate derretido na mistura anterior até que fique tudo ligado. <br />Despeje o recheio por cima da base e volte a colocá-lo no frio por 2-3 horas. <br />Servir com raspas de chocolate e avelãs. </span></div>

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Ligar o forno a 180 C e untar uma forma com manteiga e polvilhar com farinha.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Começar por triturar as avelãs até ficar em farinha, ( não muito fina), e numa taça junta-la com o cacau e a colher de farinha, misturar.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Separar as gemas das claras e bater as gemas com o açúcar até ficar uma massa esbranquiçada. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Adicionar o óleo e mexer com uma colher de pau.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Juntar a mistura das farinhas e o cacau e mexer sem bater.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Bater as claras em castelo e envolver delicadamente na massa anterior.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Deitar a massa na forma e levar ao forno por 25 minutos, ou fazer o teste do palito.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Quando estiver pronto retirar e deixar arrefecer completamente.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Começar por escalfar os ovos em água e uma colher de vinagre. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Cortar o pão ao meio e coloca-lo a torrar.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Cortar o tomate em cubos e numa frigideira leva-lo a saltear por uns minutos com um fio de azeite, temperar com a pitada sal e pimenta, retirar.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Colocar o tomate sobre as tostas torradas e tentar mante-las quentes.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Cortar o abacate em tiras e na mesma frigideira que se cozinhou o tomate, grelhar o abacate dos dois lados.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Pegar nas tostas e por cima do tomate colocar as folhas de manjericão, depois o queijo, depois o abacate, os ovos e por fim salpicar com um pouco de pimenta e as sementes de sésamo.</span><br />

Verta a massa na forma e leve ao forno por 25 min, ou fazer o teste do palito.</span><br />

Acrescente as 2 colheres de farinha, mexa e junte o sumo das laranjas aos poucos, mexendo sempre. </span><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Deite a mistura para um tacho e leve ao lume, mexendo sempre, até ferver e engrossar. Retire do lume e deixe arrefecer. </span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Depois do bolo pronto, desenforme e coloque-o num prato que possa ir ao forno. Com palito de espetadas, fazer furos pelo bolo todo e regue-o com as natas de laranja. Depois espalhe o creme de laranja por cima e deixe arrefecer.</span></div>
